Dear Ilona, We are writing to express our deepest appreciation for the exceptional services which Family Hospice provided
our father, and for the members of our family. From the moment of our initial meeting of engagement through our journey
of palliative care and during our loved ones passing last week, we have been very impressed with the commitment, professionalism
and compassion of your organization. You and your staff gave us your time, your guidance, your medical expertise and
your loving personal care in a manner which we will never forget. You held us all in kindness, respect and thoughtfulness. We want to extend our thanks to every member of the team, including you,
Jody, Elissa, Amy, Cindy, Sharon, Mary Ellen, Gene, Jeanne, Luther and others who pitched in to provide guidance and
assistance behind the scenes. We have been the very fortunate beneficiaries of your group's knowledge, training and
expertise in dying with comfort and dignity. We will always remember our father's smile and bright and shining eyes
whenever he saw Amy and Elissa enter his room, as well as the skill and tenderness with which they cared for him. Also
a special thanks to Mary Ellen for her efforts in caring for our loved one after he passed away. Enclosed is a gift for the Family Hospice Foundation, along with our hope

The people at FAMILY HOSPICE truly are special. As
someone who has had a good deal of personal experience with the health care system, I have been enormously impressed with
the quality of the hospice staff: their compassion for my Mother and for me, their ability to understand the range of
emotions that occur at a time like this, their attention to important details that others often overlook, and generally the
quality of their care. I cannot image going through this experience without the support of a group such as the one you
have assembled there, and I want to thank you for the work you and your staff are doing. Secondly, I want to thank the FAMILY HOSPICE FOUNDATION for their very generous support in helping me visit
my Mother. It has provided significant relief from the anxiety associated with assuring her care. I hope to be

We were thrilled with the loving care that our family received through
Family Hospice. The care team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in terms of medical supplies,
guidance and support. We especially appreciated the extra efforts made by the social worker Robin, who provided wonderful
resources to help with dental and vision costs and made a big difference in the quality of Grandpa's last days.
Also for Pat, our hospice volunteer who spent hours by his side hearing stories and serving ice cream while mom got a break.
